How to Register Your Tenant Account
Setting up your account takes just a couple of minutes. Follow these simple steps to create your login and start paying rent online.
Step 1: Go to the Registration Page
From the menu, choose “Pay Rent” and then “Create an Account,” or tap the button at the bottom of this page. You only need to register once.
Step 2: Enter Your Account Information
Fill in your full name, email address, and phone number, then create a password. Confirm the password by typing it a second time, then press Continue.
Step 3: Choose Your Property Location
Select the property where you live from the list of addresses. Each location shows how many units it has.
Step 4: Select Your Unit
Pick your unit number from the units shown for your location. Your unit type and monthly rent fill in automatically.
Step 5: Create Your Account
Press “Create Account.” You'll see a confirmation that your tenant account is ready to use.
Step 6: Log In and Pay Rent
Use your email and password to log in to your tenant dashboard, where you can view your balance, pay rent, and set up AutoPay.
Helpful Tips
- Use an email address you check regularly — important account messages are sent there.
- Your password must be at least 6 characters. Choose something you'll remember.
