We have two rental locations in London, KY: 120 Middleground Way (beside Save-A-Lot) and 108 Morgan Street.

What is included in each unit?

Every unit includes a full kitchen with custom cabinetry, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven and garbage disposal, central heat & AC, a private patio, large closets, and is fully carpeted. 1 bedroom units have a stack washer/dryer; 2 bedroom units have washer/dryer hook-ups.

Units are on city sewer and Kentucky Utilities. Units are insulated for energy efficiency and quietness.

What are the lease terms?

A 1 year lease is required. The deposit is the same as one month's rent, and the deposit plus first month's rent are due at lease signing.

We have 5 storage locations across London, KY: 120 Middleground Way (behind Thompson Drug – South), 138 Middleground Way, 108 Morgan Street, 1925 Old Whitley Road (corner of Hwy 1006 & Sherman Lane), and 101 Enterprise Lane (corner of Bypass 192 & Hwy 80, adjacent to South Laurel Little League).

Standard units: 5×10 ($55/mo), 10×10 ($95/mo), 10×15 ($105/mo), 10×20 ($115/mo), 10×30 ($165/mo), and 12×30 ($175/mo). Climate controlled options: 10×10 ($125/mo) and 10×15 ($150/mo).
